Thandiwe McCarthy is a 7th-generation African Canadian spoken-word poet, CBC Black Changemaker, and author of Still Here (Goose Lane Editions, 2026). He delivers keynotes, commissioned performances, and Vibe Harvesting experiences for conferences, institutions, universities, healthcare organizations, and cultural events across Canada.
Vibe Harvesting is Thandiwe's signature live methodology — spontaneous poetry created in real time, in the room. No two performances are the same. Every room gets a poem that belongs to it.
